I am a senior person and after a major water main break I was without water for almost two weeks and getting scammed for almost 20,000, I was really scared to learn I now had a major sewer problem. I had used Thumbtack before and remembered I had great service. I called so-cal 1 plumbing & rooting and was greeted by a helpful voice (Fed) who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Miguel came out and I watched him do his inspection, fearful maybe I had another con artist, but to my surprise. I was listening to a real professional who had the equipment and knowledge to fix my problem with some humanity of my serious situation. He knew his business and was responsive to my major problem. He started work as soon as we finished the agreement. For the next couple of days I was notified what time Miguel would start wrk and finish for the day. I was so anxious from the previous situation, the policy of including me in the schedule each day helped with the anxiety, Miguel was able to keep me informed which also helped. As far as I am concerned I have now found the co to call for my plumbing needs as long as Miguel is on the job. Thank you So-cal 1 for your well run co.
