So-Cal 1 Plumbing is AWESOME!! They did a great job for us about a year and a half ago and I had a clogged toilet today. I called Miguel, he and his son Stevan came within 30 mins, just as kind and friendly as before, fixed the problem and because I'd had work done in the past, didn't charge me as they offer a lifetime warranty on their work!! Totally great customer service, quick to respond and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

Roger was amazing. I had a leak somewhere and he looked all over. Turned out it was my sprinklers he dug it up and fixed it. Was very thorough, nice and helpful. He went above and beyond. Thanks Roger.

Eliass came out to clear a blockage in my kitchen line by snaking it through the outside wall clean-out, and everything was done efficiently and with great care. He also installed new tubular drains under my kitchen sink to stop the leaks I’d been dealing with. The work was high-quality, and they even provided a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!

I had an emergency toilet problem that had just happened and I called for a plumber through thumbtack. The company responded within 1-2 minutes through cell phone and email. I spoke to company and they sent Jacob within 1 hour appointment. He arrived on time and completed my issue. He explained and answered all my questions. To make sure that I didn't have any underlying problems, he suggested a camera test to see the status of the sewer system due to my questions and concerns. Appointment was setup for next day with company camera person, Shane. Both Jacob and Shane arrived on time, friendly and professional, explained what they were going to do and completed the inspection. Shane will submit an estimate with full explanation to me and my husband. I think this will be a success. I will update this review after work is completed.

Old pipes in my house are cloggin up bad, recently replaced main line to house with a different company and Miguel was punctual, worked fast and explained everything. Fixed all my problems and gave free advice! Love this place. Thanks Miguel!

Roger really helped us out. We had an issue with our toilet. The person who installed it did it wrong. Roger figured it out. He even had to travel to get the part we needed all on a Sunday afternoon. We really appreciate it.

I contacted So Cal 1 Plumbing after part of my main sewer line became blocked and sewage backed up into one of my bathrooms. Miguel showed up and gradually troubleshooted the issue with his team, which took a little over a day given that the blockage was along part of the main sewer line that forked off the primary connection under my front yard. This fork had no cleanout serving it so it required a hole in my yard to investigate it after hydrojetting failed. Miguel walked me through what they had discovered and used the in-pipe camera to show me that it was a worst-case scenario - the blocked fork of the main line had become completely filled in with tree roots and the rest of the main line was compromised with roots beginning to intrude all along it. So the whole line needed to be replaced or at least cleaned and lined if I wanted to avoid a similar failure from happening again soon. Even though the large scope of work was unexpected, the next day Miguel showed up with a team of 10 people who managed to dig up the old fork of the swerve line, replace it with a new abs pipe, install a liner along the rest of the main line, and put back all original soil. All within a single day. They documented their work with photos and I periodically came out to inspect. I can appreciate that Miguel and team do not take on work unless they are confident that they can do it correctly in a way that they can uphold the 10-year warranty that they gave me on their labor. To this end, Miguel came back twice after the work (at no additional cost) in order to help repair a sprinkler line that got damaged when filling back in the hole. The second time they came back, the issue ended up not even being related to their work yet they were kind enough to help me fix it at no additional charge. While I sense that So-Cal 1’s overall price was not the least expensive on the market, it was still reasonable and well worth it when considering how quickly they executed the work, how high of a quality they did it, and how committed they are to their customer’s satisfaction.
