We called SoCal 1 and had a discussion with Miguel V. He was very thorough and assessed some potential problems over the phone. We made an appointment for him to come out and he arrived on time and was very professional. He even put on the little boot covers every time he entered the house. He ran a camera and went over it with us and explained what the problems were and potential options. He gave us several options and gave us quotes for each. He then suggested the best option without immediately trying to up-charge us as other plumbers tried to do. He was also showing his son the ropes and took pride in his work. He and his crew did an incredible job and I would highly recommend going through this company and asking for Miguel V.

Miguel V. and son arrived on time and were very professional and they were very knowledgeable in their trade. They were very thorough and very reliable. The project we had done met our expectations and more. They were able to beat the competitors prices and never tried to bump up the cost. Would recommend them to all.

So-Cal 1 Plumbing is AWESOME!! They did a great job for us about a year and a half ago and I had a clogged toilet today. I called Miguel, he and his son Stevan came within 30 mins, just as kind and friendly as before, fixed the problem and because I'd had work done in the past, didn't charge me as they offer a lifetime warranty on their work!! Totally great customer service, quick to respond and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

I called so cal 1 plumbing and rooter, they returned my call within minutes. After asking a few questions they sent me the name of Miguel, with an appointment scheduled for the next day. Miquel checked out the problem prepared a quote, sent to my email. He took the time to send me the pictures of what he had found. After discussing my problems which were serious and needed immediate resolution. I gave Miguel the go ahead and he started locating the clog. Miquel took the time to explain without the hype and hard sell. He explained everything, gave me a copy of everything he suggested and starting the job, returning with his crew the next day to replace all my old broken clay pipe. They worked replacing all the pipes and now I sleep at night not having to worry about Pipes. I will always be grateful to Miguel for his kindness and help

I am a senior person and after a major water main break I was without water for almost two weeks and getting scammed for almost 20,000, I was really scared to learn I now had a major sewer problem. I had used Thumbtack before and remembered I had great service. I called so-cal 1 plumbing & rooting and was greeted by a helpful voice (Fed) who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Miguel came out and I watched him do his inspection, fearful maybe I had another con artist, but to my surprise. I was listening to a real professional who had the equipment and knowledge to fix my problem with some humanity of my serious situation. He knew his business and was responsive to my major problem. He started work as soon as we finished the agreement. For the next couple of days I was notified what time Miguel would start wrk and finish for the day. I was so anxious from the previous situation, the policy of including me in the schedule each day helped with the anxiety, Miguel was able to keep me informed which also helped. As far as I am concerned I have now found the co to call for my plumbing needs as long as Miguel is on the job. Thank you So-cal 1 for your well run co.
